This policy explains how subscriptions work, how to cancel, and when refunds are available.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Vidhaan.online. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Free Trial
We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. No charge is made during the free trial, and you are not obligated to subscribe when it ends.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) as described on our Pricing page. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing contact@vidhaan.online from your registered email address, or through your account settings where available. When you cancel:
- Your plan will not renew for the next billing cycle;
- You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for;
- There are no cancellation fees or long-term lock-in.
4. Refunds
Vidhaan.online is a digital subscription service delivered immediately upon payment. Our refund policy is as follows:
- New subscriptions: If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have made only minimal use of the Service. Approved refunds are for the most recent payment only.
- Renewals: Charges for automatic renewals are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, please cancel before your renewal date.
- Billing errors: If you are charged in error or charged more than once for the same period, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
- Partially used billing periods are not refundable except as expressly stated above or as required by law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@vidhaan.online from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to verify your account and process the request.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
